The Petitioner seeks Revision of the order dated 7.5.2013 by which the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai, has allowed Criminal Appeal No. 16 of 2009 and acquitted the Opposite Party No. 2 under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Having gone through the Appellate Court's Judgment, I do not find any infirmity in the same, and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
