The only grievance of the petitioners is that concerned authority arbitrarily and illegally valued their acquired lands for which they raised objection before Arbitrator and accordingly, Arbitration case no. 7/200910 and Arbitration case no. 8/2009-10 were instituted but up till now, no order has been passed in both the above stated cases.

In view of the aforesaid facts and

Collectorcum- Arbitrator, Madhubani, before whom Arbitration case no. 7/2009-10 and Arbitration case no. 8/2009-10 are pending, to dispose of the aforesaid arbitration cases within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
