The only grievance of the petitioners is that concerned authority arbitrarily and illegally valued their acquired lands for which they raised objection before Arbitrator and accordingly, Arbitration case no. 7/200910 and Arbitration case no. 8/2009-10 were instituted but up till now, no order has been passed in both the above stated cases.

In view of the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court CWJC No.13427 of 2014 (2) dt.12-09-2017 circumstances as well as after taking note of submissions of the parties, this petition stands disposed of giving direction to respondent no.4, Addl. Collectorcum- Arbitrator, Madhubani, before whom Arbitration case no. 7/2009-10 and Arbitration case no. 8/2009-10 are pending, to dispose of the aforesaid arbitration cases within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
