Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 385, 447, 504, 506 of the I.P.C as well as 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that though the petitioners are named in the FIR, there is no specific overt-act alleged against the petitioners. They are in custody since 23.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is case and counter case. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38637 of 2020(3) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No.121 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
