JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal bearing Encroachment Appeal no. 02 of 2022 before the learned Collector, Patna, which may be directed to be disposed off and in the meantime, some protection be granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with a direction to the Collector, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Appeal of the petitioner, expeditiously. It is further directed that till
