JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 238/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with co-accused Prem Sagar Mona were selected for constable in BMP on the basis of advertisement no. 1/17 and were subjected to verification with respect to their height and photograph but it was found to be different from the earlier record. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Prem Sagar Mona has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57246/2018

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East Muzaffarpur, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 238/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
