2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Special Case No. 131 of 2022 arising out of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Case No. 10 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8(c)r/w, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
