In respect to relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure2 to the present writ application before the District Education Officer and the same is pending till date.

Respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
