ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a leave to approach the competent authority i.e. Respondent No. 2 herein by way of representation seeking reduction of the estimation given by the authorities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11270 of 2022(8) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 Respondent-South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited states that he has no objection if direction may be given to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the second respondent ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same sympathetically duly taking into consideration the age of the petitioner and also his financial capacity. The authority while taking a decision shall not be influenced by the earlier orders passed by the first and the second appellate authority. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of representation by the petitioner.
