The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149, 307, 354, 452, 380, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that petitioners along

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54093 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 with 50-60 unknown persons entered into the house of the informant and on order of co-accused Pankaj Kumar and Sashsira Kuan petitioner no. 6, Bipin Vishwakarma, petitioner no. 1, Mukhlal Singh, petitioner no. 2, Binod Sah and petitioner no. 4, Om Prakash @ Om Prakash Singh, started assaulting to the informant. It is also alleged that co-accused Sonu Devi, Rubi Kumari and Kashmira Kuar threw the child of the informant, as a result, she received grievous injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. The case of petitioner's side is at earlier point of time. There is no injury caused to the informant. Statement to that effect has been made in para-6 of the petition. Accusations against the petitieonrs are omnibus and general. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
