2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 34 IPC registered in connection with Kotwa (Bhopatpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact his wife died from burn injury sustained during cooking. The parties were married as far back as in the year 2013 and no complaint of any torture or cruelty has been instituted against the petitioner in the past. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
