2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 08.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 61360 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 336A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted a person along with the Bolero and demanded Rs. 2,00,000/- as ransom. The petitioner is in jail since 09.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kamtaul Police Station, Darbhanga on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U
