2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 for the offence under Section 365 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on 09.04.2024 he got information that his sister has gone somewhere and she is missing. When he reached the matrimonial house of his sister he came to know that she was brutally assaulted for demand of additional dowry by her inlaws.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case by the informant. Petitioners have no knowledge of the alleged occurrence and have no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law and they are living separately from husband of the victim since long time. The F.I.R. has been lodged by informant after delay of six days and there is no plausible explanation in this regard in the F.I.R.

5. Learned APP has apprised this Court that the victim (sister of the informant) has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded by the Judicial Magistrate. The anticipatory bail application of the husband of the victim has been disposed of by the co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 02.09.2024.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to
