2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil (Munger) PS Case No. 189 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner Pravin Kumar @ Kanhaiya is that he fired shot from a country made 'Katta'.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was twice rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 73809 of 2023 and 84250 of 2024 vide orders dated 20.02.2024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50848 of 2025(4) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 07.02.2025, respectively and there is no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceeding of trial as may be possible.
