JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a detailed representation regarding his grievances pertaining to challenge of the gradation list of the year 2008 which is dated 04.08.2008, hence the Joint Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna be directed to dispose of the said representation within a stipulated time frame. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the Joint Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2008 and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from today.
