Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27of the Arms Act and that the petitioner not only has a criminal antecedent but also the alleged gun shot injury has been found in the Injury Report by the doctor, this Court would not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Kundan Mahto is hereby rejected. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U T
