2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 129 of 2024 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for both the parties that trial is on the verge of conclusion.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
