The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the F.I.R., three accused persons on the point of dagger and katta are said to have looted mobile phone and motorcycle of the informant. It appears that mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the looted motorcycle was seized from the door of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR was registered against unknown. The allegation of seizure of motorcycle is false and concocted and petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner is in

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.04.2019, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMII, Buxar, Distt. Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.
