2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 143, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354-B, 354-A, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC, pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-IV, Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in
