The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/324/307/504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the though there is specific allegation against the present petitioner, the injury purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature. The other allegations are merely embellishment to the First Information Report.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32326 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 P2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 262/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
