The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that two mobiles and one motorcycle were recovered from the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. The motorcycle in question belongs to the brother of the petitioner, which is evident from Annexure 2 to the present application. The motorcycle in question is not stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachapakari) P.S. case No.263 of 2018.
