JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.178 of 2014, registered under Sections 25(1B) A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that one Radhy Sao was indulged in making firing, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others, who fled away from there, except that there is nothing against the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent except Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014, under Section 380/504 of the I.P.C.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of

No.33408 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
