The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Ara Mufassil P.S. Case no. 379 of 2020 registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the nephew of the informant on his chest leading to grievous injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to family feud which is evident from the FIR itself. No such occurrence as alleged took place. Petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52910 of 2021(3) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 since 19.06.2021 and have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioners of assaulting the nephew of the informant leading to grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after four months.
