1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 281, 125(a) and 105 of the B.N.S.S.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that his son and Prince were sitting on the tractor being driven by Guddu, further Guddu was driving the tractor recklessly and on the road a Blue Bull came and in order to save the Blue Bull, the tractor overturned, on account of which, son of the informant and Prince got stuck under the tractor and his son died.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.42234 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that it has been alleged that in order to save the Blue Bull, the tractor overturned but then the informant, who did not witness the occurrence alleges that Guddu was driving the tractor recklessly. It is submitted that since on account of the accident the son of the informant died as such he implicated the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.142/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
