Order of dismissal dated 25.10.2013 issued against the petitioner is under challenge in the instant writ petition on the ground of gross violation of the prescribed procedure under the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005.

As per the pleadings of the parties, it is clear that Appeal No. 6 of 2013 under Rule 24 of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 is pending before the Appellate authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will approach the Appellate authority within a period of two weeks. He submits that he may be given liberty to raise additional legal issues by supplementing his appeal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14003 of 2014 (3) dt.10-07-2018 Let the petitioner do so within the aforesaid period. It is expected that the appellate authority would consider petitioner's appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
