ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner's conscious possession and the entire allegations are false and frivolous. The main allegation is against Krishna Mahaldar and not against this petitioner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and on consideration of the entire facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32405 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 200/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
