2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 to issue arms license in favour of the petitioner in place of his deceased father's license bearing license number 01/19.

3. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh application for grant of arms license under the heirloom policy for grant of arms license annexing the training certificate and if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the licensing authority in accordance with law within six months of its filing.
