JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 In this case earlier vide order dated 16.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8332/19, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2019 was confirmed. However, this modification application has been filed on the ground that that the petitioner due to some confusion, could not furnish the bail bonds in pursuance of order dated 13.02.2019 and has prayed for modification of the order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 16.05.2019, however, if the petitioner surrenders before the

No.42697 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 court below and pray for regular bail, the court below after considering the fact that earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail, which was subsequently confirmed by this Court vide order dated 16.05.2019 but due to some mistake, he could not furnish the bail bonds, shall dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail, if possible on same day.
