Patna High Court CWJC No.12427 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 claim to be constructed on the private land that this writ petition was filed. As informed by Mr. Manish Kumar, learned G.P.4 the writ petition has been rendered infructuous because as per the own statement made by the petitioners in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit, the road has been demolished. In such view of the matter, we grant liberty to the petitioners to make avail of such remedy that may be available to them in law for espousing their grievance. The writ petition is disposed of.
