The petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2521 of 2020), registered for the offence under Sections 272 / 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

326 liters & 145 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.06.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
