The present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable as under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 only a criminal revision would lie against an order passed by the Family Court under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Thus, the appellant has remedy of filing criminal revision in the light of our earlier order passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 decided on 24.06.2023.
