JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, charge sheet has been submitted under Section 395 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of petrol pump. Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2020.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
