Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 468, 469, 470 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Petitioner has already completed the work as per the specifications of the contract and there is no complaint with regard to quality and quantity of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
