2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 08/20(B)(ii) (c)/22 NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, in course of checking of vehicles, 5 kgs of Ganja kept in a bag was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the recovered Ganja is less than commercial quantity. She also submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From conscious possession of the petitioner 5kgs of Ganja was recovered. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privileges of bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
