Hat (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 147 of 2018 has been mentioned instead of K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 147 of 2018 as mentioned in first paragraph and prayer portion of the petition. In the said circumstances, the order dated 18.12.2018 stands modified to the extent that in the said order instead of 'K.Hat (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 147 of 2018' 'K.Nagar (Maranga) P.S.Case No. 147 of 2018' should correctly be read.
