This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhubani Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 420, 333, 323, 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon a minor girl.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
