2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 307, 302 of the IPC.
4. As per the prosecution story, the deceased was assaulted by the petitioner with stick, thereafter, she sustained injury and she died during treatment after about 25 days.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023.
9. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below either personally or through his advocate. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
