Case No. 288 of 2019, dated 21.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 427, 353, 332, 333, 188, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. After some arguments, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Sinha, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.
