JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 121, 379, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 39 of the UAP Act.

As per the prosecution case, 12AK-47 rifles was recovered from the well of Shrikant Singh.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2019. Counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and

Considering the alleged recovery of 12 AK-47 rifle from the well of Shrikant Singh and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
