Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 23178/2020.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 5.10.2021 it appears that charges have already been framed and the case is pending for appearance of accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2019.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. Let the trial be expedited.
