Having regard to the nature of order passed, this Court will hardly find any reason to initiate proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties, inasmuch as, no direction was given in favour of the petitioner in the order of this Court in the connected writ application. That being so, this contempt application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
