Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11 (Gha) of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner was arrested by the police for carrying cows in the pickup van without valid documents. The petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41377 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019.
