Vide order dated 09.10.2014, the competent authority of the State Government has considered the claim and for various reasons, as is recorded in the order dated 09.10.2014, the District Magistrate, Patna has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

As far as this contempt application is concerned, once the claim of the petitioner is considered and decision taken, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Collector, Patna as is contained in Annexure-A dated 09.10.2014, this application stands disposed of. A copy of the show cause along with the order passed in Case No.234 of 2014 dated 09.10.2014 by the Collector, Patna be granted to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.
