The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case no. 463 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 5.2.2021, with a direction to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which was not complied by him. Apart from this there is no new ground for consideration of anticipatory bail. Hence, application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
