ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2017 in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the entire facts and circumstance of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
