JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 11-02-2016 It appears from the Web Copy of the order dated 20.12.2013 being produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order was passed in CWJC No.2039 of 2009 and 17 other analogous cases, including CWJC No.4756 of 2009 for the restoration of which the present application has been filed. In the order dated 20.12.2013, it is stated that time till 17.01.2014 is granted in each of the writ applications for filing second copy of the brief failing which the defaulting writ application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has belatedly complied with the order on 19.08.2014.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner,
Patna High Court MJC No.3172 of 2014 (6) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 learned counsel for the State of Bihar and learned counsel for the State of Jharkhand, none appearing for the Union of India, CWJC No.4756 of 2009 is directed to be restored to its original file subject to the compliance of the order dated 20.12.2013 passed in CWJC No.2039 of 2009 within a period of two weeks from today, if not already complied with.
