2. The present Cr. Misc. No.48220 of 2024 has been filed for modification of order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68776 of 2023 due to the reason that in paragraph no.3 of the bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 68776 of 2023, details of some criminal cases pending against the petitioner have wrongly been inserted and accordingly, the said mistake perpetuated in the order sheet dated 26.04.2024 in paragraph no.7 of the bail application. In result, the petitioner (Bhola Yadav) who granted bail on 26.04.2024 by this Hon'ble Court, could not be released from the jail.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that 2nd Supplementary Affidavit has been filed in which, in paragraph no.5, correct criminal case numbers pending against the petitioner have been mentioned. Counsel further submits that case numbers which have been wrongly typed in paragraph no.3 of the bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 68776 of 2023 requires modification as under:- (I) Dinara P.S. Case No.251 of 2022 shall be read as Dinara P.S. Case No.251 of 2020.

(II) Daudnagar P.S. Case No.393 of 2020 shall be read as Daudnagar P.S. Case No.399 of 2020.

(III) Sahpur (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 shall be read as Sahar P.S. Case No.207 of 2022.

(IV) Sahpur (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No.371 of 2021 shall be read as Sahpur (Bhojpur) P.S. Case No.371 of 2020. (V) Bihta (Patna) P.S. Case No.1250 of 2022 shall be read as Bihta (Patna) P.S. Case No.1256 of 2022. (VI) Kachhawan P.S. Case No.148 of 2022 shall be read as Nasriganj P.S. Case No.155 of 2021.

(VII) Gopalpur (Patna) P.S. Case No.593 of 2022 shall be read as Gopalpur (Patna) P.S. Case No.693 of 2022.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48220 of 2024(4) dt.27-09-2024 3/3 for the petitioner, let the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68776 of 2023 is treated to be corrected accordingly.

5. Hence, with the aforesaid observation, the present Cr. Misc. No.48220 of 2024 is hereby allowed and order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68776 of 2023 is modified up to that extent.
