The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehari (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case no. 268 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant Ram Niwas Tiwari is that on the assurance of the Manoj Singh he invested Rs. Five lakhs in contract work of sand on assurance that Rs. 8,30,000/- would be deposited in his account. But Manoj Singh did not deposit the amount of Rs. 8,30,000/- in the account of informant or returned to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the wife of Manoj Singh and she is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation it has come that Manoj Singh has shown the name of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36608 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 petitioner as Director of his construction company and due to that reason the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehrari On Sone, Rohtas in connection with Dehari (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
