2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 21.12.2022 passed in B.P. No. 7371/2022 arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022 registered under Sections 324, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.
4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
5. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51725 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 Bhojpur at Ara is directed to conclude the trial arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022 within six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
