The petitioner seeks bail in case no. c-2/234/2019 instituted for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 27 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 8.5. 2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
