Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought for a direction upon the respondent no. 2, the District Appellate Authority, Araria, to dispose of the Appeal dated 21.05.2012, Annexure-6 to the present writ application, by the District Appellate Authority, Araria.
It is unfortunate that after lapse of five years still the Appeal of the petitioners is pending before the District Appellate Authority, Araria.
Without going into the merits of the case, the District Appellate Authority, Araria, is directed to dispose of the Appeal of the petitioners dated 21.05.2012 in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties and after looking into the entire records relating to the process of recruitment for appointment of Panchayat Teachers in question.
The District Appellate Authority, Araria, shall take all necessary steps to dispose of the Appeal of the petitioners dated 21.05.2012 within a period of three months from the date of
